Harden, came out for a day and install our GoldMine, hooked up all the users and linked the product to MSWord and Excel.  He did it quickly, efficiently and with good humor.  We had an Access database with various fields that we wanted to import plus the normal name, address, etc.  We gave him a workstation to work on through the Internet and he created the fields and imported all the data.    Instead of coming out and training for a full day he split the training to three sessions over three weeks.  This was economical because he did through the Internet on each of my salespeople's workstations.  Because of the scheduling of the training (approx. 2 hours each) over the weeks, our sales people had questions on how to use the product.   We opted for the monthly fee for help and support and this has worked well in allowing Harden to help us do our e-mail blasts and other things.   I would highly recommend SalesAutomation.com and Harden Ervin for my GoldMine® needs.
